This charming rustic cabaña enjoys a privileged position on the slopes of the Sueve mountain, a spectacular protected landscape close to the coast of eastern Asturias. The cabin itself is of traditional stone and wood construction. The ground floor has an open kitchen-living room with a lovely open fireplace that heats the whole cabin. There is also a small toilet/shower room on this ground floor. The upper floor is one open sleeping room. Then, with just under one and a half hectares of land right in front of the cabin (aprox. 14,000m2) you need never be bored! There is ample opportunity for growing fruit and vegetables in this excellent climate or perhaps even keeping some animals if that’s your thing.
The access to the cabaña is via a track for the last kilometre and a half. It is a little steep and bumpy in places, as you might expect, so a four by four vehicle is recommendable for ease of access.
The cabaña currently has a small solar panel installation which provides enough juice for lights and charging a phone but little more so it could do with extending and updating, depending on the use you will make of it.
