Just below the house is the famous ‘Senda del Oso’ cycling path as well as large reservoir which can be swum or kayaked. In the local town of Barzana are a medical centre, school, shops and even a swimming pool – and the house is only 40 minutes south of the capital, Oviedo and just over an hour to the beaches on the north coast.
