The house is not detached but due to its orientation, away from the rest of the village it has a very peaceful aspect and feels on its own – and the views from the front of the house of the Sierra de Caranga are spectacular.

El Llano is a very pretty village situated below the famous climbing area of Quirós and for lovers of the outdoors offers instant access to the stunning hills around the village. From the house there are walking trails, it’s ideal for road or mountain biking and would make superb year round accommodation or a perfect holiday home. Just below the house is the famous ‘Senda del Oso’ cycling path as well as large reservoir which can be swum or kayaked. In the local town of Barzana are a medical centre, school, shops and even a swimming pool and the house is only 40 minutes south of the capital, Oviedo and just over an hour to the beaches on the north coast.
