This huge, detached house sits proudly overlooking the sea just 15 minutes from the beaches of Luarca in western Asturias. Sitting almost directly above Luarca the access to the house is really good on well-surfaced roads. And from the house it is just 15 minutes to Luarca, the beautiful county town which has a full complement of shops, bars, restaurants, schools and beaches and 15 minutes to Playa Otur with it’s beautiful, rare black sand. Otur is one of my favourite beaches in western Asturias. The property is also just 10 minutes from the A8 motorway meaning that Asturias airport is a short haul of about 40 minutes for those who needs access to International flights.

In my opinion, this property a really interesting option at a good price and a location that needs to be seen and experienced. The views are spectacular and the property at over 460m2, with the outbuildings, will make an amazing home and/or business for someone.
