This lovely, four bedroomed bungalow sits in a large flat plot, with great views off to the sea and the horizon. It is flooded with natural light, thanks to large windows throughout and a location that catches the sun perfectly throughout the day.

The main facade of the house is south-facing and the main entrance is accessed via a winding path from the garden to the north which leads to a covered area. From this exterior porch there is an entrance hall that has direct access to the dining room and also to the kitchen. The dining room is spacious with two picture  windows giving lots of natural light and fantastic views of the Cantabrian Sea. Opposite the dining room is the fully fitted kitchen. As the kitchen and diner are adjoining, the non-loadbearing walls could easily be removed to create a large open-plan kitchen/diner – allowing you to cook and eat with views of the sea!

From here the rest of the rooms are accessed from a hallway, all on this one level, making for practical and comfortable living. The villa has four bedrooms, the master bedroom “en suite”, also has a very large built-in wardrobe and a full bathroom. The three bedrooms are double rooms, one of them also has a large built-in wardrobe. Off the corridor there is a family bathroom (complete with bathtub) and a window to the outside.

Beneath the living accommodation there is another floor with an area of 157.5m2.  Here we find the boiler room (with the boiler and the 500-liter tank). This floor is completely open-plan (with capacity for several vehicles) and is also perfect for use as a storage room and/or warehouse, due to its dimensions.

The large flat plot is superbly maintained and fully walled. It is mainly lawned, with a selection of mature trees and an organic veggie plot.

Located in the village of Villazones (Villademar), it is a tranquil, residential area just a couple of kilometres from the famous seaside town of Cudillero. There is a supermarket and petrol station close to the property and all major services are available in Cudillero itself.
Asturias airport is 15 minutes drive
Gijon 35 minutes
Oviedo 40 minutes

This house is in very good condition and although it is not a new home, it is a solid build.  It is a house that transmits the care and affection that has been given to it and that is why we are sure that with a minimal investment, this property will make a wonderful home (permanent or holiday) for some lucky family!

    Hello,
I see that the houses in Asturias province are heated with heating oil. Do you know how much will I pay for a medium sized house in a heating season? Let’s say keeping 23C inside?
    Thank you,
    Alex

    • Hi Alex, sorry for the slow reply but it is very difficult to say exactly. It depends on so many things: how big the house is, where it is (closer to the sea for example will be warmer anyway), how long each day you have the heating on. So I am very sorry I cannot give you an exact answer. Asturias is a pretty warm climate across the year, we live in the mountains and have the heating on from November to april more or less but we have the heating set for 20 degrees and it does not come on for example on a sunny day as the house heats up – but we do have big windows. It is very difficult to say. However, I think there are tables online to show various usage of heating oil that maybe could help.
