This horreo was shown on TV, and was rented all the time on airbnb for 5 years (horreo panoramico), but due to regulations, it cannot be rented commercially since the last 2 years. Horreo 2 (25m2) : 300 year old chestnut horreo next to house, fully restored (roof and pillars), used as storage for garden equipment, food-storage, and can be used as parking for car underneath. 

Cabin (12m2): There is a small pinewood cabin in the back of the forest garden, covered with jasmine, it has a wood-stove, fire-wood storage, it is a little retreat place, 2 years old. There is one small solar panel and battery, no water connection. 

Garden: the forest garden consists of 110 different varieties of trees, shrubs, climbers, nitrogen fixers, herbs, and perennial vegetables, all based on a forest garden design. The garden is 8 years old, and uses mainly the forest garden design techniques from Martin Crawford. Very few gardens in northern Spain have such a variety of edible plants on such a stunning location. The forest garden contains basically all fruit trees, apple, pear, peach, nectarine, cherry, quince, plumb, medlar, fig, persimmon, lemon, lime, orange, walnut, sweet chestnut, hazelnut and many more. Shrubs: pepper bushes from Nepal and China, Himalayan sea buckthorn, raspberries (dozens), blackberries, red currants, yellow currants, blueberries, feijoa, spice bush, blue bean, siberian pea trees, jasmin, loganberry, wineberry, barberry and many  more. Climbers: schisandra, chocolate vine, varieties of kiwi´s, honeysuckle, jasmine,  etc. Other useful plants: loads of flowers, herbs, New Zealand flax, Japanese snow ball tree, bay trees, etc etc. Nitrogen fixers:  dozens of Italian alders, red alder, grey alder, 25 autumn olive shrubs. Basically most species from Martin Crawfords book -Creating a Forest Garden- are in this garden which makes it unique. Most plants are 7 or 8 years old and well grown. Garden has been very well maintained and is based on permaculture principles. It is a paradise for insects and birds, and it is minimum work to maintain if you let nature do its thing. Garden was featured twice in the newspaper. It is fully fenced off with 4 entrances. Contains a large pond (150.000 liters) with electric pump, floating duck house and ducks. 

Front garden: contains a vegetable garden which is very productive, some fruit trees, walnut tree, and kiwi´s. There is also a chicken-shed with summer and winter-house for the chickens.

Forest: on the north side of the property is a hectare of ´wild´ forest. This forest of chestnut trees, oak trees, hazelnut trees, and other deciduous trees functions as a buffer against the cold winds from the north and protects the house, horreo´s and the forest garden in winter. Sweet chestnut trees surround the property. Plenty of wood for own fire-wood supply.

Parking: parking under old horreo or in front of house. House is surrounded by gravel for water filtration and parking.

Throughout the forest garden and on the property there are pine benches, and wooden chestnut benches.

Radiation: Electric installation in house is new (2017) with thick earthing cable and lightning overload protection. All electric cables in the house, and the horreo (the appartment in the forest garden), have been changed into special insulating electric cables that reduce the electric and magnetic radiation.
